Dr. Racine Cleo is the former partner of Jonathan Rook, and the current boss of the Flex Fighters, she was presumed dead after over 8 years of being marked as "missing". She is voiced by Kate Mulgrew.

Dr. C is an eccentric scientist, who after she was presumed dead, went into hiding, and she always seemed to know when the Flex Fighters would strike, but after learning that they were not enemies, she hired them as her fighters.
Abilities & Equipment[]
Similarly to Rook, she has a lot of brain power and presumably made her own computers, and she was the one who truly invented Flexarium and planned for HyperFlexarium.
